Return and Exchange Period

You may return or exchange your jewelry within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, undamaged, and with its original packaging intact.
Jewelry or boxes showing scratches, cracks, or other signs of wear cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Before sending anything back, please make sure the item’s condition and original packaging are preserved.
If a jewelry piece or its box is returned with visible damage or traces of use, it cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at santa.esmeraldaads@gmail.com with photos and a brief description.
Once confirmed, we will replace or remake the item at no cost and cover all related shipping expenses.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with packaging preserved.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 1 – 2 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
