At Santa Esmeralda, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase available when requesting a return.

To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@santaesmeraldas.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@santaesmeraldas.com so we can address the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons. These include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved. This ensures you receive the correct product as soon as possible.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your purchase is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
