As others have stated, the customer we was top tier. They reached out to my throughout the entire process. The ring is GORGEOUS. It’s exactly as described as looks honestly even better in person. The alexandrite is so shiny and beautiful. I have tiny fingers so the option of getting a size of 3 3/4 was so helpful. Most shops stop at size 4. Thank you again for this beautiful ring.
